Controller (5502)

Requirements:
A leading medical device company is seeking a Controller to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. Oversee bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements and manage internal and external audits. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Oversee cash flow management and tax compliance, working with external advisors to optimize tax strategies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required. 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public company. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC regulations. Advanced proficiency in financial software such as Priority and Excel. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
