The job is primarily supporting telecommunications companies that send query traffic through our systems.
Job involves customer support, traffic analysis, signaling analysis, monitoring, research, and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements:
An analytical mind
Excellent multitasking ability
A strong technical background
Very good customer support skills
Fluent English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Very good Excel skills
Familiarity with databases (SQL or noSQL)
Some familiarity with scripting
Some familiarity with networking
Some familiarity with the Telecom industry
Full-time shift work; usually 9 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Location: Jerusalem (hybrid)
