About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing top-notch support to our traders, helping them navigate our proprietary trading programs and offering advice based on market trends. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about financial markets and trading, who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with clients, while directly contributing to our firms success.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a customer support role within a fintech or financial services company Must
Native-level English Must
Flexibility in working hours and ability to support the team across different time zones
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or forex A big advantage
Familiar with the ticketing system
Team player
