A financial planning and analysis platform that automates financial reporting and planning while enabling finance teams to continue using Excel's familiar spreadsheets and financial models.
Our applications run thousands of custom data pipelines daily and serve thousands of organizations worldwide.
What You'll Do
You will oversee a distributed engineering team of 5-7 developers (frontend and backend) responsible for developing our core product
You will work with the product and our architects to prioritize the backlog and optimize the work process and team efficiency
You will guide the team in developing cutting-edge solutions. Provide hands-on technical expertise and code reviews to ensure the highest quality of work
You will collaborate with stakeholders, possess strong technical skills, initiate and drive processes, manage projects within time constraints, and keep the team members motivated and engaged
You will be responsible for the performance of the team, including planning, execution, quality, and setting the team goals, objectives, and KPIs
You will be responsible for the professional growth of the team members
You will recruit and train new group members.

Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
Over 10 years of experience, with at least 2 terms as an R&D Team Lead
Expertise in designing and building scalable systems with Cloud Architecture in a SaaS company
Capable of leading technical aspects, complex projects, and a distributed, cross-functional (frontend and backend) R&D team.
At least 3 years of experience in Python and relational databases (Node.js/Angular/.NET experience is an advantage)
Experience with test automation strategies and best practices
Proven track record of driving projects to completion using agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
Exceptional communication skills and high proficiency in English.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
