Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare detailed quarterly financial reports to provide clear insights to senior management.
Oversee the group's general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate seamless audits and reviews.
Manage and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements for both the Israeli, US and UK subsidiaries.
Review and approve vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Lead budget planning and monitor budget vs. actual performance, providing key insights for business decisions.
Provide support to the US and UK subsidiary team, including payroll management, expense tracking, and operational guidance.
Document and strengthen internal controls to ensure consistent financial integrity.
Collaborate daily with local and international teams to support finance operations and ensure alignment across the business.
Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed to support the organizations evolving needs.
