Were Hiring Senior Account Manager - Sales Executive to lead our growing financial sales team! This is a unique opportunity to join a leading tech company, manage strategic relationships with top-tier financial clients, and drive business growth with innovative technology solutions.? Identify and develop new business opportunities in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, credit unions, fintech).? Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.? Deliver tailored technological solutions to business and technical decision-makers.? Design and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.? Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers ( C -level executives, IT leaders, business strategists).? Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the financial sector.
Requirements:
? Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field MUST.? 12+ years of experience in technology sales with a strong focus on financial clients MUST.? Proven track record of B2B/B2E sales success and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.? Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.? Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders? Fluent in Hebrew & English (written and verbal). Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications): MBA Advantage.?? Deep understanding of Israeli financial regulations related to data security and IT sovereignty.?? Experience working with Fintech solutions and financial institutions.
