Lead the planning and implementation of our growth strategy for user acquisition in the Israeli and European markets.
Lead the marketing campaigns strategy on SEO PPC ( facebook instagram, Google, LinkedIn, twitter, etc.).
Manage our conversion funnel end-to-end.
Analyze and optimize the performance of all channels.
Define performance KPIs that aim to maximize the efficiency of the marketing spend.
Build our global brand online and offline.
Manage the marketing team.
Report directly to the CEO.
Lead the marketing campaigns strategy on SEO PPC ( facebook instagram, Google, LinkedIn, twitter, etc.).

Requirements:
5+ years experience in online marketing (in a global B2B or B2B2C company- a plus).
2+ years experience and a proven track record as a marketing manager/head of marketing/VP marketing/CMO in a startup/SaaS company.
Deep understanding of PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.
Experience and understanding in partnerships, and knowing how to get our name out there.
Ability to balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Experience in working with internal interfaces: product, design, sales.
Very strong communication skills verbal and writing.
Analytical proficiency, data driven.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
