Role Overview As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the General Counsel, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Your responsibilities will include: Legal Research & Compliance: Support product and service compliance, including privacy laws and FTC guidelines. Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, negotiate, and structure various contracts. Internal Advisory: Provide legal guidance on customer experience, product development, and company policies. Marketing & Partnerships Compliance: Review marketing materials and external communications for regulatory compliance. Product & Corporate Compliance: Monitor compliance for product launches, corporate policies, and customer support guidance.
