required full stack team leader
Oversee and lead a development team in the fintech field within the organization.
Ensure maintenance and upkeep of systems\infrastructures under the responsibility of the team.
Provide support and communication with relevant users\customers related to system\client responsibilities.
Manage daily work interfaces with infrastructure providers and relevant development teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement a team working plan.
Supervise team members, set priorities, monitor their work, develop their professional skills, and represent them.

Requirements:
BSc in Software Engineering\Computer Science or related fields - Must, Master's degree in Computer Science\MIS\Electrical Engineering - Advantage.
3+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing information system.
Experience as team lead or team manager.
Familiarity with relevant tools\systems\maintenance required for team responsibilities.
Experience in project management for IT projects\Software development.
Experience in the Fintech\Darknet sectors - Advantage.
