What will you do?
Design the user experience from an economic perspective, using data to predict player behavior.
Price and manage the game's virtual currencies.
Build simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of content changes.
Collaborate with product teams to design and balance new features, ensuring they align with the game's economic goals.
Monitor individual and macro player balances to ensure the overall health of the game's economy.
Analyze large, complex data sets to guide strategic and operational business decisions.

Requirements:
Who are you?
You hold a BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
You have a strong analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to details.
You excel at communicating complex concepts and turning them into actionable insights.
You have a true passion for understanding social gaming behavior and can tolerate ambiguity.
You have advanced Excel proficiency and can build complex, dynamic models that supports players' segmentation and multiple game features.
You get bonus points for:
A strong interest in gaming.
Previous analytical experience.
Experience with statistical tools and models (R, SAS, Python).
Strong SQL skills for querying large, complex datasets.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker.
