The Hardware Qualification team, as a part of the HW team (R&D branch), is leading the Qualification process at our company, working together with all major car OEMs and other customers. The Qualification process also includes interactions with all major teams at our company.
We are looking for a talented and driven Qualification Test engineer capable of understanding complex systems to contribute to the qualification efforts for our cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct hands-on functional and reliability testing of complete systems and individual components.
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data using data acquisition systems and software tools such as Python and Matlab.
Based on collected data and information, determine if specifications, regulations, customers expectations, and acceptance criteria are satisfied According to automotive standards
Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports, presenting test results and conclusions to internal and external stakeholders.
Perform Failure Analysis investigations, diagnose failed components and find the root cause for the failure
Develop and improve existing Python tools and scripts to automate the work.

Requirements:
B.Sc in Mechanics/System Engineering or Experienced Practical Engineer
At least 5 years of experience in product validation, system engineering or similar
Experience in operating lab equipment
Experience in writing test plans and reports, design of experiment.
Writing Python scripts
Failure Analysis experience Advantage
Proven experience with analyzing collected data using Python scripts / MATLAB Advantage
Proven experience with validation/verification testing of Electro-Optical systems Advantage
Great team player, highly motivated.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
