We are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and take a hands-on approach to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
Responsibilities
Manage and process monthly payroll for approximately 400 employees in Israel
Oversee payroll for a few dozen employees across international subsidiaries
Verify and ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets
Handle the tracking and execution of special payroll deductions
Process paperwork for new hires and terminations
Provide timely and confidential responses to employee payroll inquiries
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required

3-5 years of experience in payroll preparation or support.
Familiarity with foreign payroll processes is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor laws, taxes, and social security regulations.
Experience with payroll systems like HASHAVIM or HILAN.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills with the capacity to address issues independently and escalate when necessary.
High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
Self-motivated, quick learner, dedicated, and responsible.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
A Bachelors degree is an advantage.
