Lead pre-sales activities, including technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs, while providing support to the sales team.
Participate in tradeshows and exhibitions
Prepare price proposals and tender responses
Support partners and integrators
Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, conducting technical onboarding sessions
Identify and facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
Engage in remote, customer-facing interactions to deliver exceptional service.
Support existing customers and deployments

Requirements:
Technical Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with AV over IP technologies
Deep knowledge of video compression technologies, hardware and RTSP
Experience with networking technologies
High proficiency in English (written and oral) is a MUST.
Customer facing mindset

More about the position:
Full-time position based in Yokneam. The position is mainly in-office.
Regular working hours with some flexibility as needed.
Passion for working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
