Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact, complex B2B products, where design is central to user experience and business success. A Day In Your Life
Own the end-to-end product design process Lead design initiatives from user research and requirements gathering to high-fidelity execution and implementation, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Identify opportunities for improvement Conduct gap analysis to bridge the gap between business needs, user pain points, and product capabilities, translating complex challenges into intuitive, visually compelling solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Test, iterate, and refine Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis, continuously optimizing designs to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall product performance.
Ensure scalability and performance Design solutions that are scalable, accessible, and responsive across different platforms, ensuring a consistent and frictionless experience for all users.
