Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas.
Set up sell-out incentive plan with customers.
Conducting market visits and analyzing data.
Analyzing PSI (purchase, Sales and Inventory) data
Oversee and be the main point of contact for the category managers.
Oversee the issue of sales orders and provide status to partners.
Communicate with partners on new products.
Working closely with marketing dep. to create new promotions and events with the partners
Providing weekly reports of sales-related KPIs

Requirements:
Bachelors degree
3-10 years experience, including experience in a global company.
High analytical skills- experience in analyzing complex data
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and manage complex processes
Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.
Self-learning ability
High PPT and Excel skills.
English- High level.
