The Role: we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager for the Demand management to join our team and manage our demand portfolio. In this role, youll play a key part in managing accounts, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the Chinese market. Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for direct brands, ensuring excellent service and communication.
* Manage and optimize client accounts to drive performance and revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
* Assist in onboarding new demand partners and guiding them through the setup process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and resolve client issues promptly.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
* Professional in English and Hebrew both written and spoken.
* 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, in the AdTech industry MUST!
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
* A proactive learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
