Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, training materials, videos and e-learning
Write user-friendly designed content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
Writing users release communication
Conduct instructor-led sessions for internal customer-facing teams (train the trainer)
Create and maintain Insight/reporting use cases, flows, and analytical ideas for different educational tools
Work closely with product teams

Requirements:
Native English speaker A MUST
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience as an instructional designer / Customer Success trainer, preferred in the retail / FMCG market
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
Experience with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success or Marketing, preferably in a SaaS and Retail Tech environment
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Good creative and design skills
Proficiency with video editing software such as Camtasia
