Required Client-Site Engineer
The role:
This position requires a hybrid work model, including on-site presence and customer visits
The Technical Engineer in Tel Aviv, Israel is a full-time resource that will support multiple clients across the Israel region and potentially EMEA. The Technical Engineer TLV will work closely with the customer to:
Accelerate the time to value in the planning, deploying, and operationalizing of the platform.
Assist in building and implementing a work plan to reduce organizational risk
Centralizing problems and bugs in the product
Help with a continuous improvement plan by providing a periodic review of the platform..
Maximize the use and value of the product as a core system within the organization
Interact and collaborate with multiple teams and departments such as IT, OT, Infrastructure, InfoSec, Executives
Ensure that new features are adopted and integrated into the clients operational plans.
Work with customer administrators to ensure all reporting, dashboards, policies, and overall configuration of the platform are working as intended.
Examples: Security gaps, regulatory compliance, CMDB, Threat Analysis, Audit capabilities
Assist in preparing management reports that reflect the capabilities that we bring to the organization, improving its capabilities and improving efficiency
Provide expert support, analysis and research into complex problems.
Assist the client in building an optimal policy according to Play Books, producing targeted alerts, and reducing false positives
Create a Trusted Advisor relationship with key personnel and the clients work level
Provide hands on technical assistance in deploying new sites and configuring all necessary parameters to ensure operational readiness
This is a highly technical, hands-on role and will be required to develop and maintain an expertise on the products and solutions deployed within the Customer's network.
In addition to the highly technical aspects of these positions the RE TLV will also maintain a queue of clients and prioritize the work elements each needs so that they are addressed in a timely and high-quality manner as promised to the client.

Requirements:
5+ years experience as full-time onsite Resident Engineer highly preferred or as a Professional Services Engineer, Consultant, or IT/Operations Engineering
5+ years experience in a combination of the following; designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and coordinating Unified Communications products, devices, solutions, and technologies for small, medium, large and/or enterprise businesses
3+ years experience working in Security/IT?Healthcare/ICT/Commercial sectors
Applied knowledge of the Networking industry, products, and protocols.
Track record of successful problem solving and delivering known solutions with a high level of customer happiness.
Experience analyzing, use and configuring medium to enterprise networks.
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt driven environment and provide mentorship to other members of the work group.
Typically requires BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 4 to 8 years related experience.
Technical Skills:
B.S in IT, IS, CS, MIS, (or equivalent degree) and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP, Security +,CEH) desired
Understanding of API based security and compliance standards
Familiarity/Experience in Cyber Security i.e Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM
Linux Operating System basic operation and troubleshooting (i.e. Redhat Linux / CentOS)
Security Certificates, SSL, TLS
Python, C, C++
Networking (LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching protocols, Network Security).
