skilled BI Developer to drive the company's growth by leveraging cutting-edge technology to support internal departments in becoming data-driven. You will join our Data Group, which is responsible for supporting departments with their analytical needs.
As a BI Developer, you will be part of a team that manages the data platform, data pipelines, transformations, and reverse-ETL processes. Collaboration with data analysts and teamwork are key principles for this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the data platform to ingest data, build metrics, and synchronize data exposure to dashboards and business systems.
Design and develop data models with efficient data extracts from multiple sources.
Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data analysts.
Monitor and optimize BI systems for performance and scalability.
Act as a gatekeeper, fully responsible for data integrity, collection, and utilization.
Work with advanced tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Snowflake, along with other high-class data tools.

B.Sc. degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
4+ years of experience as a Data/BI Engineer.
Strong knowledge of DWH methodologies and best practices.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with proven ability to write complex, optimized SQL queries.
Experience with ETL/ELT cloud-based solutions (e.g., Rivery, DBT).
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other analytical databases.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle development tasks from business needs to final product.
Strong analytical skills, quick learner with a make it happen attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
Independent and self-motivated.
Experience working in cloud environments is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Python or other programming languages is an advantage.
Experience with production systems is an advantage.
