Working in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
This role reports to Il Payroll Manager
Oversee and monitor employee attendance records
Provide timely responses to employee inquiries and conduct payroll simulations
Process final pay settlements and offboarding activities
Prepare control reports and conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy
Manage reporting to staffing agencies
Perform payroll-related bookkeeping tasks
Conduct onboarding training for new employees regarding payroll related processes.

Requirements:
Certified Payroll Accountant (accredited by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants)
Proven experience in bookkeeping Mandatory
5+ years of previous experience as a payroll accountant in a company with 80+ employees and diverse payroll structures Mandatory
Advanced proficiency in Excel Mandatory
Experience with Malam Payroll System Advantage
High level English
Flexibility and availability for extended working hours during payroll closing periods is required.
Certified Payroll Accountant (accredited by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants)
