In this hands-on role within a multidisciplinary team, you'll lead the marketing strategy for short-form video content from ideation to execution. Youll have a deep understanding of different audiences, how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.

Youll work closely alongside product, developers, designers, and data analysts to drive value creation for business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Growth marketing: Youll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
Video specialist: Youll lead content creation and performance across various platforms, pushing the vision forward with engaging and high-converting content.
Direct-to-consumer strategy: Youll directly influence the journey of millions of people.
Getting things done from start to finish: Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
Audience-first thinking: Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
3-4 years of strategic marketing experience in a global, performance-oriented, consumer company, start-up or advertising agency
Extensive experience with video content and strategy
Deeply understand US audiences, the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey, using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.
Spark factors:
