The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Tableau and a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that optimize our product performance and business growth. Requirements:
Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a data Analyst, focusing on growth metrics, product analytics, and mobile analytics.Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.Analytical Skills and data Analytics proficiencyStrong statistical knowledgeProficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.Experience with mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.).Strong understanding of user funnels, retention analysis, and engagement metrics.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate data insights into business strategies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have: Experience with Python for data analysis.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Exposure to predictive analytics and Machine Learning techniques.Prior experience in a health-tech, SaaS, or digital health environment.
