Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)
Responsibilities:
Lead the consolidated periodic financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with US GAAP.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting process including account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets
Manage independently financial projects and process, including implementation of new systems and development of new reports in the BI system
Assist with development and documentation of companys business processes and financial policies
Assist the accounting department with professional issues.
Work closely with the global bookkeeping teams and global controllers.
Responsible for periodical reporting to the OCS/IIA Preparation of annual tax returns and statutory reports
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Work closely with auditors on annual audit Ad-Hoc financial projects.

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience:
CPA with at least 4 years of experience
Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firm in the hi-tech sector
Knowledge of US GAAP knowledge of ERP systems (Priority an advantage)
Knowledge of Israeli (preferred enterprise) taxation
Fluent communication in English (written and verbal)
Proficient in Excel Cognitive and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a can do attitude
Outstanding attention to details and well organized
Strong analytical, evaluative, methodical and problem-solving skills
Technological orientation
Ability to work in an intense and dynamic environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
