We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our dynamic team. As a BRM, you will act as the critical link between our business unit and PassportCard Labs, managing and prioritizing all business requirements while driving innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and the technology division (Labs).
* Collect, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable and prioritized requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiatives, set goals, and align with organizational strategy.
* Manage the development backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
* Resolve conflicts between business users and promote effective collaboration across teams.
* Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
* Measure and evaluate the value delivered by implemented solutions. a key member of the business units leadership team, youll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Based in Netanya, youll enjoy the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking company that values excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:
* proven experience in business analysis product management, or requirements management. (Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is a strong advantage.).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience working with senior management?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Information Systems Analysis Fluent English (written and verbal).
* proven experience in business analysis product management, or requirements management. (Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is a strong advantage.).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
