We are seeking an exceptional VP of Research & Development to join our executive team. This key leadership role will drive the technological vision, oversee all technical operations, and align our technology strategy with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical leadership while managing and scaling the organizations R&D.
Direct the development and implementation of our technology roadmap, including infrastructure, systems, and solutions.
Ensure robust security measures, scalability, and operational excellence across all technical platforms.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams

Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in senior R&D leadership roles, preferably in fintech or enterprise software.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Extensive experience in building and scaling complex software systems.
Strong background in AI/ML technologies and modern software architecture.
Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
MBA or equivalent business education
Experience in financial technology or financial services industry
