Full Stack team leader

We seek a dynamic and experienced Full Stack team leader to join our R&D team. This role is an integral part of our innovative R&D department, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the foundational architecture of our cutting-edge systems. A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
* Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development.
* Define and oversee end-to-end system architecture across Front-End, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
* Design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
* Ensure roadmap items are executed on time and with high quality, proactively addressing blockers and risks.
* Drive cross-team collaboration, aligning development efforts with business objectives and product requirements.
* Work closely with UX / UI designers to deliver seamless and scalable user experiences.
* Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
* Collaborate with other R&D teams to ensure smooth cross-functional development.
* Remain at least 50% hands-on, actively coding and solving technical challenges alongside the team.
