Core Requirements:
2-3 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field
Experience with agile development methodologies and product development lifecycle
Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
data -driven decision making and A/B testing experience
Basic understanding of web technologies and API integrations
Familiarity with product roadmapping and prioritization tools

Requirements:
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in cross-functional team leadership
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Customer-centric mindset with strong user empathy
Preferred Experience:

Prior design experience ( UI / UX, visual design, or interaction design)
Knowledge of emerging e-commerce trends and technologies
Experience with product discovery and user research
Background in working with development teams and engineers
Understanding of UX / UI principles
