Sr. Manager, Accounting

The Finance team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Accounting who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
This role is crucial in managing the financial operations of our International subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and supporting the companys rapid growth.

What your day will look like & Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operations of the International subsidiaries, including reporting, compliance, and accounting functions.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for international entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards (US GAAP and local GAAP).
Collaborate with global finance teams on consolidated reporting, best practices, consistency and intercompany transactions.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities, including supporting interim and annual audits.
Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax filings.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and scalability.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement efficient workflow processes by streamlining accounting procedures and automation initiatives.
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of statutory financial accounts and tax audits.
Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
