Requirements:
Experience & Background
5+ years of proven experience in AI, product innovation, or startup leadershipFounder or early-stage startup experience , ideally with a track record of launching and scaling technology-driven products.
Ability to drive AI adoption and enablement where AI is still an emerging capability.
Hands-on experience working with no/low-code AI tools, understanding how to democratize AI across teams.
Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in AI, automation, and no-code AI tools.
Experience in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping.
Deep understanding of business models and AI ROI measurement.
Deep understanding of core business processes in a software company.
Strong ability to communicate AIs value to stakeholders.
Mindset & Approach
Entrepreneurial & results-driven, with a focus on measurable business impact.
Startup mentalitythrives in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
