Marketing Manager & Operations

We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing initiatives and campaign operations. This role will be pivotal in executing our marketing strategy, managing our digital presence and awareness, and creating compelling campaigns that showcase our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage holistic lookout between operational excellence, content and campaign management with eye for details to deliver measurable results across multiple marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Own and optimize our digital presence through website management, SEO strategy implementation, and continuous performance monitoring
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, webinars, and video content creation
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns while maintaining efficient budget allocation and ROI tracking
Lead our marketing automation efforts through Hubspot, Lemlist and Zoominfo or others including setup and optimization of workflows for both Sales and Marketing teams
Drive customer marketing initiatives to increase engagement, showcase success stories, and strengthen customer relationships
Help develop and maintain our social media presence
Support tradeshow participation
Implement and manage intent data scoring systems to improve lead qualification and targeting
Support marketing KPI tracking and reporting
Create and optimize video content that effectively communicates our value proposition and technical capabilities.
