In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing one of Bobs most critical modules, at the core service in the system. Your team will design, implement, and maintain features that are mission critical, handling massive data pipes, function features that involve both frontend and backend, work closely with the teams product manager on defining new functionalities and improving existing features.
You should be passionate about people management as well as software engineering and building a product end-to-end, as your team will be responsible for owning the dev cycle from the technical design, through coding and testing, to deployment and monitoring. We work in a true continuous delivery environment with fully automated QA processes on a microservices architecture, deploying to production dozens of times every day.

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong backend background.
2 different roles and an overall of 5+ years of experience as a team leader, preferably on dynamic, fast-paced companies.
Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable web architecture.
Experience developing SaaS products hosted in a cloud platform like AWS or equivalent.
People person with strong leadership skills who can build a winning team.
Independent, resourceful, and proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
The following are a big plus
Experience in building Partners API.
Experience developing data processing applications, knowledge in ETLs, different data bases.
Experience developing a product from scratch.
Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java.
Having both backend and frontend development experience.
Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and query optimization
Requirements
