* Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 3D software
* A portfolio or showreel showcasing exceptional motion design and animation skills
* Keen eye on new and emerging trends in motion design
* A strong sense for typography and classic graphic design principles
* Experience with AI video tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead end-to-end projects
* Self-driven, independent, with the ability to think outside the box
* A bachelors degree in art or design or an equivalent degree
* Fluent in English, with strong speaking and writing skills
