As a Technical Marketing Manager on the DeviantArt team, youll be responsible for delivering impactful results while managing resources, analyzing data and executing marketing campaigns to consistently achieve goals. In your day-to-day, you will:
Build, QA, and launch email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and custom variables and logic
Coordinate the execution of marketing assets, managing timelines, deliverables and team communications
Manage in-house and third party marketing tools, such as email systems, content management systems, ad serving platforms and analytical tools
Analyze, upkeep and manage DeviantArts automated emails and notifications
Oversee the improvement of marketing tools by managing bug reports, collecting stakeholder feedback and optimizing workflows
Juggle multiple projects and crucial deadlines while staying organized and keeping strong attention to detail.

Ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness using basic analytical techniques to drive insights and improvements
Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes, and able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Close attention to detail, are highly organized and excel at project management, ensuring tasks stay on track in dynamic environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be a flexible, cross-functional team member in fast-paced setting.
