Required Mobile Design System Product Designer (UX & UI)
Job Description:
Develop and maintain the mobile apps design system, ensuring user-focused experience, consistency and scalability
Lead the process of defining the core UX/UI principles of our mobile apps
Educate designers and enforce design guidelines to maintain quality and consistency
Collaborate with designers to ensure the design system is scalable and meets diverse product needs
Expand our design language by developing new patterns, frameworks, components, micro interactions, layouts and more
Work closely with our developers to ensure the design system is properly implemented and maintained
Continuously adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, mobile industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
2+ years of UX/UI design experience
Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle from research to pixel perfect design, usability testing and more
Exceptional problem-solving, technical and organizational skills
Good grasp of large and complex systems and their inner workings
Committed team player with excellent communication skills
Independent learner with the ability to lead a project from A to Z
Proficient in working with Figma.
2+ years of UX/UI design experience
