Develop and implement NPI processes for new product manufacturing.
Create production documentation, including work instructions, flow charts, procedures, and product labels.
Update drawings and 3D models per production requirements in collaboration with R D.
Manage and report engineering projects using tools like Gantt and Project Status, focusing on key KPIs.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure design for safety, testability, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and DFX.
Train and support production personnel in new product releases and procedures.
Drive validation testing to minimize process and design variations.
Develop and integrate prototypes and TEST equipment for new product development.
Implement robust risk mitigation strategies (FMEA) and participate in design reviews.
Identify and qualify substitute materials based on BOM requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or better in an engineering discipline required, mechanical preferred.
5+ years experience in an engineering or manufacturing role in a medical device and multidisciplinary.
Experience with ECO process and implantation at contract manufacturer site.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing process control.
Experience in a manufacturing environment - Essential.
Experience with Priority - Preferred.
Experience with Solidwork PDM.
Understanding of FDA, ISO, and IEC 60601 standards and regulations.
Experience of Delivering Results Problem Solving.
Bachelors degree or better in an engineering discipline required, mechanical preferred.
