What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of senior Full-Stack developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Provide hands-on technical leadership while actively contributing to development tasks.
Guide teams through code reviews, pair programming, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project efficiency.
Design and build the core microservices that serve as the foundation of our product and internal platforms.
Contribute to product vision and drive its successful execution.
