We're looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales and pipeline growth in the mid-market and enterprise segments. In this role, you'll execute multi-channel outreach, refine outbound strategies, and generate high-quality sales opportunities. Working closely with sales executives, you'll play a key role in optimizing outreach, improving conversion rates, and scaling our outbound efforts. we are an inventor and provider of leading technology for encoding, compressing and optimizing images and videos. Requirements:
Responsibilities Outbound Strategy & Execution Execute multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement Define and refine outreach processes for regular outbound efforts and ad-hoc initiatives (e.g., conferences, product launches). Continuously generate and manage prospect lists for targeted outbound campaigns. Pipeline & Lead Generation Book high-quality meetings for sales executives with mid-market and enterprise prospects Develop and TEST messaging strategies to improve response and conversion rates. Track and analyze outreach performance, optimizing based on data -driven insights. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with sales executives to align outreach with pipeline goals and business priorities Refine qualification criteria and improve top-of-funnel efficiency Monitor key outreach metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously enhance conversion rates
Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales roles within SaaS companies Proven success selling to mid-market & enterprise customers in the US market Strong sales orientation with a hunter mentality, skilled in cold calling and outbound Prospecting Native English speaker with excellent communication skills Within the first 3 months, build an outbound pipeline generating 5+ sales qualified meetings per week Extensive experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and other CRM & sales platforms Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) Ability to define, refine, and execute outbound sales processes to improve conversion rates Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and communication skills Willingness to work US market office hours to ensure alignment with prospects and sales teams
