As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Delta Galil, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our business.
Areas of Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, from job description to candidate onboarding.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
* Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
* Work closely with managers across the organization to understand the unit needs and maximize the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
