KLA is looking for an Application Development Engineer
Join a fast-moving team and be the interface with cutting edge technology and customers worldwide. In this role you can make an impact on real hard problems waiting for you solve!
In this job you will:
Working with the R&D, Eng. teams to define & develop the next product, be an expert in customer use case, bring this knowledge into the R&D teams to impact on the right design.
Working with field applications Worldwide sharing BKMs, knowledge developed in the R&D centers, solving immediate problems and communicating internally future customers roadmap
Own and lead both Demos, Alpha and Beta activities in Eng. and at customer site, qualifying our systems meet the specifications and customer needs.
Engage and present directly to customers, sharing new features, products and technical issues.
Work with first class multidisciplinary groups to ensure the correct technical solution.
Minimum Qualifications:
BSc in Electrical /Mechanical/ Materials / Chemical engineering,
MSc in relevant fields - advantage.
MATLAB / Python basic coding - advantage.
Fly abroad up to 30-40% a year.
Previous experience in semiconductor industry advantage.
Strong collaboration capabilities, with different fields and ability to work independently
Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills
