What will your responsibilities be?
Lead the safety department at the plant, implementing procedures and building a safety culture.
Supervise compliance with safety standards in the daily operations of the plant.
Conduct safety training for employees and managers.
Identify, report, and address safety hazards, including submitting required reports.
Close collaboration with plant management to promote safety

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Certification as an industrial safety officer or in construction and engineering safety is required.
Experience: At least 5-6 years as a safety officer in industrial plants or mega projects from construction through to the commissioning and handover stages is mandatory.
Professional focus in experience:
Experience working in an industrial environment, including renovation and construction projects.
Ability to work closely with senior management teams.
Significant advantage: Familiarity with international safety standards and their implementation in industrial environments.
Language: High level of English required (speaking, reading, and writing).
