Position: Business Development for the High-Tech Sector
Location: Tel Aviv Representative Office

Responsibilities
Independently source and generate high-quality referrals for potential clients in the startup and technology sectors, targeting companies across diverse verticals.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key business-generating entities, including venture capital firms, law offices, accountants, financial services providers, incubators, and accelerators.
Develop and execute business development strategies to maximize high-quality leads, resulting in account openings, credit opportunities, and business transactions for the bank.
Collaborate extensively with teams in the United States to align on business goals and operations.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the high-tech and financial sectors.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the high-tech and finance sectors.
Comprehensive experience within the high-tech ecosystem, including familiarity with global market trends and key industry dynamics.
A bachelors degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
Advanced proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and perform effectively under pressure.
