Our activities are deeply rooted in Jewish traditions, celebrating holidays, weekly Torah (Parashot), and significant Jewish events.
The Association Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of activities and resources including:
Planning and executing events and programs -Jewish holiday celebrations and cultural activities etc.
Managing finances
Leading a team of employees and volunteers
Building relationships with public bodies and strategic partners
Overseeing projects and ensuring timely execution within allocated resources.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills, along with a passion for community engagement and Jewish cultural programming.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Full proficiency in English.
Previous experience in similar roles preferred.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Financial acumen and budget management capability.
Ability to manage a team, handle stress, and solve Real-Time problems.
Strategic vision and high-level management skills.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in managing associations, project management, or similar leadership roles is an advantage.
Strong leadership capabilities, including team management and motivating employees and volunteers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Financial expertise and budget management capability.
