Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker We're in search of an exceptional Graphic Designer with a strong background in motion graphics to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the technical expertise to bring concepts to life through animation and motion graphics. Please note that we are looking for a talented graphic designer first and foremost. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of UX/UI principles, the ability to create sleek graphic elements, and experience creating landing pages and marketing materials. We are not solely looking for a motion designer who only does animation. Your Arena
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling graphics and animations for various digital platforms.
* Hands-On: Design and animate graphics that enhance the user experience and effectively communicate our brand message for both marketing and product department.
* Stills & Video: Create high-quality motion graphics for videos, social media, digital advertising campaigns, presentations, visually appealing marketing material including; brochures, banners, email templates, blogs, etc.
* UX-UI: Develop sleek graphic elements and layouts for websites, landing pages, and online marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
* Understand and interpret storyboards, working closely with other team members to bring ideas to life. Execute Ideas with top-notch quality with ninja speed :)
* Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and messaging across all design projects.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Requirements:
Qualifications: 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both still and motion graphics skills - Must
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Must
* Willingness to work out of our offices in Modi'in 3 times a week - Must
* Experience from a high-tech company / start-up environment - Strong Advantage
* Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) - Advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or have an impressive portfolio to back you up)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* High level English, written and spoken - Must **Please be sure to submit your CV with an updated portfolio.
