We are the biggest up and coming social gaming start-up and we're looking for a talented Senior backend Developer. The role will involve working with large scale, distributed systems and constantly coming up with innovative server-side solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop APIs and tools used in the core of the companys operation.
* Maintain fast-paced deliveries with no compromises on quality and User Experience.
* Implementing new technologies.
* Develop high performing servers in multi-threaded and complex environments.

Advantages:
* Prior experience with GCP and MMO server development.
* DevOps and Applicative DBA experience.
* Familiarity with Redis.
* Gaming industry experience.

Requirements:
* 2+ years experience as a backend Developer.
* 2+ years experience with MySQL, key understanding in query optimization and best practices.
* High proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (including ES6) + socket.io.
* Experience in cloud environments and deployment, preferably GCP.
* Experience with distributed systems and micro services architecture.
* The ability to be self-directed, a natural auto-didact and require minimal supervision.
