Our User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers: we care deeply about the people who use our products. The UX team plays an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design. We collaborate closely with each other and with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them, and for our businesses.
As an Interaction Designer, youll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiencesfrom concept to execution. Like all of our UX jobs, youll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

Responsibilities:
Own the complete design process from design and concept level to pixel detailed execution and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage concurring priorities within the work stream.
Shape key parts of product strategy by driving the UX agenda and leading design discussions with cross-functional counterparts within our team and across consumer with a focus on our India market.
Define opportunities into high quality UI designs and associated documentation for features on mobile and desktop platforms.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering teams and facilitate user-centric workshops across cross-functional partners to include design thinking into the development process.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product design or UX.
Experience with design systems and collaborating with other UX functions, product management, and engineering to take products from concept to launch.
A portfolio of work samples showcasing UX design in mobile and web applications.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with a broad range of UX functions (e.g., writing, engineering, research).
Experience in commerce domain.
Ability to organize and facilitate design thinking workshops.
