Required Apps Solutions Architect, gTech Ads Large Cutomer Sales
Responsibilities:
Be a trusted advisor to our Ads clients by understanding how Apps solutions can address their business issues, by acting as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner, architecting solutions and services plans to accomplish their goals, and effectively delivering on complex, technical, global projects.
Discover customer needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals in collaboration with sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing senior client buy-in.
Participate in ideation and design of a joint services plan by aligning solutions to client focus areas. Unlock new opportunities for growth by scoping projects.
Deliver services and solutions working closely with other gTech Ads execution teams in region and media solutions.
Conduct regular debriefs with clients and sales, gathering insights on clients business objectives.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in technical consulting and project management in a customer-facing role.
2 years of experience with Ads, Analytics, Firebase, and Tag manager.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in the digital advertising industry, and familiarity with the Apps media ecosystem (attribution solutions, Ad Networks).
Knowledge of mobile app development on Android or iOS development and using IDEs.
Ability to handle ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
