The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our platform and deliver innovative solutions that improve product performance and business impact. As a key member of the product team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and designers to turn ideas into actionable initiatives. Your primary resources for realizing your vision are our talented analytics, design, and engineering teams.
You will also work closely with customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, support, and marketing, ensuring alignment and leveraging their insights to deliver maximum value to our users. Through collaboration and strategic leadership, youll help make the go-to platform for AI-powered video creation.
What Youll Do:
Define and Deliver Product Initiatives: Partner with analytics, design, and engineering teams to conceptualize and execute projects that drive product improvements and business growth.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with sales, customer success, support, and marketing teams to gather insights, align goals, and ensure smooth communication between technical and business functions.
Shape the AI Future: Lead the integration of advanced AI technologies to create intuitive workflows and features that simplify video creation for non-professional users.
Advocate for the User: Use data, user feedback, and market research to understand customer needs and prioritize initiatives that enhance the overall experience.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams, creating an environment where ideas flow freely, and everyone is aligned toward common goals.
Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data, metrics and customers feedback to ensure and track the success of product launches, iterate quickly, and ensure maximum impact.

Requirements:
Who You Are:
A collaborative leader with experience working across business, design, and development teams to deliver impactful results.
Passionate about AI and its potential to revolutionize user experiences, with hands-on experience using AI tools or managing AI-infused products.
Skilled at turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that align with business objectives.
A strong communicator who is able to clearly articulate complex ideas and can translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
The ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Data-driven, with a proven ability to use insights to inform decisions and measure success.
Curious and innovative, always seeking new ways to improve the product and the processes behind it.
What Sets You Apart:
Experience integrating AI capabilities into user-facing products.
A track record of successfully collaborating with customer-facing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
You have worked on SaaS content creation tools, e-learning authoring, Video or Learning Management Systems or Platforms.
