Our Commercial Support department is seeking an Order Operations Specialist for a full-time position.
Location:
Based at the RAD offices in Tel Aviv. Hybrid option once a week.
Responsibilities:
Acceptance & management of orders from RADs customers worldwide
Corresponding with local and global customers (phone and email)
Operating following company policies and procedures
Working on self-developed computerized systems
Partner with various cross-functional depts.

Requirements:
Experience in commercial support a must
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) a must
Additional languages an advantage
Logistic, import/export background an advantage
Service-oriented with great interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to complete and follow through on assignments in a timely manner
Team player & self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in commercial support a must
