We are looking for our next Experienced autonomous QA team leader to join our growing team in Netanya!

*Lead and manage the testing team.
* implement, and maintain testing processes across multiple systems.
*Perform integration, functional, regression, and other types of testing.
*Identify, troubleshoot, and track issues and defects within integrated systems.
*Work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize processes.
*Optimize testing for integration while maintaining quality and efficiency.
*Train and professionally manage team members.
*Generate detailed reports on TEST results and integration outcomes, with suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:
*3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
*Experience with integration testing of complex, multi- system environments.
Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JAVA, JavaScript )- advantage.
*Experience with TEST management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
*Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.
*Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards.
*High level of English writing and reading
