Required Global IT Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global IT Manager to lead our IT team to new heights. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and safeguarding our critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Manage a global IT support team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and build an IT annual work plan accordingly.
Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and maximize ROI.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business growth.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.
Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues. Utilize hands-on technical expertise to diagnose and resolve critical problems.
Effectively communicate with internal and external users, including technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:
3+ years of IT management experience in a global organization or equivalent.
Experience in Cyber trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Knowledge in IT concepts: networking, systems administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Proven experience in managing IT operations in a hybrid cloud environment.
Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
Hands-on experience in OS systems, mainly with Microsoft and macOS.
Proven experience in Production environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) - Advantage.
Experience with automation tools.
